Responsibilities
- Configure and Maintain: Set up and customize Infor's S&OP tools to meet business needs.
- Testing: Develop and execute testing scenarios to ensure technical delivery.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Collaboration: Work with supply chain, operations, and IT teams for seamless software integration.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve software functionality, performance, and integration issues.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance and address potential issues.
- Training: Create and deliver training programs for end-users.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date system architecture and process documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in Infor's S&OP tools and recommend optimizations.
- Travel: Travel up to 10% as needed.
Qualifications
What will make you successful?
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience with any S&OP, preferably Infor.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of S&OP processes and supply chain management.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
