Your responsibilities will include: Technical Customer Support: Provide high-quality technical advice to veterinarians, pet retail staff, and consumers on product use, adverse reactions, efficacy, and product quality. Handle customer queries via phone and email, facilitating diagnostics, managing efficacy guarantees, and negotiating reimbursement requests where necessary. Maintain accurate records of adverse events, product quality complaints, and technical enquiries using CRM systems (MAXX). Technical Services & Collaboration: Support the sales and marketing teams by reviewing materials to ensure they meet technical and regulatory standards. Assist with developing and updating technical information and product training programs for internal teams and external stakeholders. Deliver on-the-job technical training for customer service teams and collaborate with Animal Health Representatives on adverse event issues. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation in line with company and quality standards. Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance (PV) and adverse event reporting requirements.
