Role: National Sales Manager
Location: Bangladesh
National Sales Manager is responsible for building the vaccine business of Kemin Biologics in Bangladesh by working with external (customers, distributor, gov officials etc) and internal (Kemin Ag etc) stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage channel partner to achieve agreed sales targets.
- Regular outreach program with dealers e.g. technical seminars.
- Regular visits with dealers to understand market condition and feedback.
- Building and maintaining a positive relationship with individual key account.
- Drive sales penetration and increase sale of wallet with each key account.
- Regularly update NEXA to ensure accurate account plan.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned

B. Sc Veterinary Medicine/ Science with 11+ years/ B.Sc Animal Health with 11 years of experience.
