About The Role: Driving Operational Excellence
Responsibilities:
• Executes Operational Activities
• Process the following: Discharge, load, transport, clean, label, operate all equipment
• Periodically inspects and executes small maintenance task on production equipment
• Logs data and information on production orders and activities in appropriate log book/systems
• Signals deviations in current processes, techniques and/or systems
• Works in compliance with all relevant safety, and quality regulations and procedures
• Promotes awareness with unsafe situations
• Ensures the work area is left clean and in safe working condition
• Follow basic mandatory work instructions
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• Manufacturing experience
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Working for the success of the team
• Urgency, Prioritize, Ownership and Personal Accountability
