Job Description
Cleaning:
o Cleans, stocks and supplies designated office / facility areas (by dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
o Performs and documents routine inspection, cleaning and maintenance activities
o Stocks and maintains cleaning supplies
o May carry out heavier cleansing tasks and special projects
Repairs:
o Notifies management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
o Make small adjustments and minor repairs
Other duties:
o May be asked to undertake any other reasonable duties / requests related to facility management
· Basic education
· Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
· Ability to handle heavies cleaning equipment and machinery
