Head of Strategic Operations & Center of Excellence, North America
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Ceva Animal Health is seeking a motivated and versatile professional to join our North America leadership team as the Head of Strategic Operations & Center of Excellence. This unique role combines strategic planning, project management, market launch execution and operational leadership over our Center of Excellence, to drive Ceva's mission of providing innovative solutions for animal health. As a trusted partner to our executive team, you will ensure seamless coordination across functions, enable the successful delivery of key initiatives, and enhance operational excellence across North America while leading cross-functional centers of expertise focused on sales analytics, learning and development, and CRM optimization
Strategic Leadership & Chief of Staff Functions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the North America Leadership Team, aligning priorities and facilitating strategic planning initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of Ceva’s growth strategy in North America.
- Prepare executive-level reports, operational updates, and presentations for internal stakeholders and global leadership.
- Act as a liaison between leadership and operational teams, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
Program Management Office (PMO)
- Develop and oversee a structured program management framework to prioritize, track, and execute strategic initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with Ceva’s objectives and timelines.
- Implement robust project tracking tools, risk management strategies, and KPI dashboards to measure progress.
- Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration across project teams.
Launch Coordination
- Oversee the planning and execution of product and service launches across North America, ensuring alignment with Ceva’s global standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, technical services, supply chain, and regulatory teams to deliver seamless launch experiences.
- Manage launch timelines, budgets, and cross-functional communication to achieve key milestones.
- Lead post-launch evaluations to assess performance, capture insights, and drive continuous improvement.
Operational Leadership
- Provide oversight of North America’s operational framework, driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with regional and global teams in finance, HR, IT, and supply chain to ensure alignment with Ceva’s strategic goals.
- Proactively identify and address operational challenges, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Drive data-informed decision-making by establishing and tracking key operational metrics.
Center of Excellence
- Lead a team of analysts and data experts in providing actionable insights, sales performance dashboards, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee design, delivery, and continuous improvement of sales training programs, onboarding, and leadership development.
- Own the strategic direction, adoption, and optimization of the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce) for the sales organization.
- Serve as a thought partner to commercial leadership to align on priorities, resource planning, and capability development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, project management, or launch coordination, ideally within the animal health or life sciences industries.
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior leadership and aligning teams around shared goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in KPI management and operational metrics.
Travel Required:
- Occasional travel may be required for meetings.
