Your
missions :
We are looking for a biologist with an engineering degree or doctorate and expertise in molecular biology to join our dynamic team for a 4-month temporary increase in activity. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the production of RNA and/or DNA on a laboratory scale and if possible on a pilot and/or industrial scale.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimise protocols for RNA and DNA production.
- Supervise production processes from laboratory to industrial scale, ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory standards such as good manufacturing practice.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to improve process yields and efficiency.
- Analysing and interpreting experimental data, and writing technical reports.
- Determining the human, financial and material resources needed to carry out the scientific research project.
- Ensuring the maintenance and smooth running of laboratory equipment.
- To train and supervise laboratory technicians.
- To pass on best practice and all the health and safety rules to be applied.
Your
profile :
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree or PhD in molecular biology, biotechnology or related field.
- Practical experience in RNA and/or DNA production.
- In-depth knowledge of molecular biology techniques (PCR, cloning, sequencing, etc.).
- Knowledge of genomics and next-generation sequencing (NGS) is a plus.
- Project management skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
- Autonomy, organisational skills, experimental rigour, tenacity, sense of responsibility, dynamism, adaptability, interest in the quality approach and teamwork.
- Written and spoken English.
