Job Description Como Analista de Logística, você será responsável por gerenciar o atendimento às BUs por meio de diversos canais de comunicação, coordenar relatórios logísticos, realizar visitas a campo e promover reuniões estratégicas para alinhamento de resultados e processos. Seu trabalho será essencial para garantir a fluidez das operações e a satisfação dos clientes internos e externos. Principais Responsabilidades: Atendimento às Unidades de Negócios (BUs) via WhatsApp, telefone, Teams e e-mail. Envio semanal do Report Logística por BU. Realização de visitas a campo conforme lista de Key Accounts (KAs). Condução de reuniões mensais de logística e interação com clientes. Promoção de reuniões trimestrais com as BUs para apresentação de resultados, revisão de processos e identificação de oportunidades. Gestão da prorrogação de boletos, entendendo as particularidades de cada cliente. Suporte diário aos grupos de WhatsApp da Solística, tratando ocorrências e urgências. Validação de custos de frete dedicado com Transportadoras de Serviços de Transporte (TSP).
