Responsibilities
As Accounting Assistant at KEMIN you will become part of our Finance team EMENA. You will have a variety of responsibilities such as:
- Manage daily intake of vendor invoices: copy, file, and match with purchase orders and receiving documents.
- Route invoices to appropriate team members for approval.
- Perform reviews of expense reports for compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Monitor and verify outstanding purchase orders and follow up as needed.
- Responsible for 3-way match and other approvals to ensure a timely vendor payment run.
- Track and manage incoming credit notes.
- Provide general administrative support to the AP team, including document preparation and data entry.
- Respond to routine inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Compile and organize financial data and reports as requested.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree Accounting / Tax,
- Hands-on mentality,
- Fluency in Dutch and English,
- PC literature (Word, Excel, e-mail, ERP-systems),
- Open minded, flexible approach.
