We are seeking a Sales Representative to manage and grow existing accounts in the rubber additives market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cross-selling additional products, and developing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including tire manufacturers, rubber product manufacturers, and other industry players.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers to ensure the optimal use of our products in their processes.
- Identify and pursue new leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events and trade shows.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including development, marketing, and product management, to align customer needs with product capabilities.
- Conduct regular customer visits and presentations to understand their requirements, troubleshoot issues, and promote new products.
- Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to track progress against goals and inform decision-making.
