Job Description Customer Service Specialist Our customer service continually provides the best service to meet our customers' needs. We assist with all aspects of customer service, from ordering to cash. We work with sales, marketing, and finance to maximize customer satisfaction by delivering products to the right customers, at the right place, at the right time. You are responsible for Handling Sales/Sales Return/Sample/Rebate related operations in SAP Managing eCommerce system Supporting subsidy sales with PPS Supporting warehousing & distribution for the performance of the logistics network, delivery performance and cost optimization and managing the relationship with logistics service providers for customers’ sales Support financial updates and procedures related to sales status reflection. Managing customer credit collateral & credit management Support collection from customers Managing master data and contracts of customers Reporting sales weekly/monthly to related stakeholders. Adherence to the company process, policy, procedure, and compliance request. Be responsible for communicating with stakeholders to prepare all the order delivery. Manage the payment for all expense related CS Distributing external request from Homepage to the related stakeholders Back-up supply chain management Assist the Manager within the department with administrative tasks as assigned. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience. University degree or higher Minimum 3-5 years of professional customer service experience in global Multinational organization.
