The Pneumatic Conveying Systems Sales Representative (PCS) at Walinga USA drives the sale of pneumatic grain handling equipment by working directly with dealers and end users across the territory. In this high-impact role, you'll be the face of Walinga USA Inc. — uncovering customer needs, delivering value-driven solutions, and positioning our equipment as the clear choice in the marketplace. You own the sales process from prospecting to close, helping customers solve real problems and grow their operations with confidence.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nRole Responsibilities:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tDrive sales growth by prospecting for new customers across your territory\r\n\tNurture and expand the current PCS dealer network to facilitate increased sales and successful deal closures..\r\n\tPrepare sales presentations and quotes that are accurate and timely.\r\n\tKeep informed about changes in industry and legislation as they relate to Walinga's PCS equipment line.\r\n\tField tech support calls and work together with other Walinga employees to come to a resolution.\r\n\tTake part in on-site equipment demonstrations when required. \r\n\tCapture and enter customer information into the CRM system.\r\n\tCoordinate, set up, and showcase Walinga equipment to generate leads and close deals.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nRequirements:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tProspect and grow current territory\r\n\tMaintain CRM and proficient computer skills\r\n\tHands-on problem-solving abilities, coupled with sound judgment.\r\n\tExceptional interpersonal and communication skills.\r\n\tMust be able to travel throughout the assigned territory regularly. \r\n\tHighly motivated and able to meet sales targets\r\n\tA clean driving record.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAcademic and Trades Qualifications:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBachelor's degree in Business or a related field of study\r\n\tOr 3-5 years of previous sales experience with proven results\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWalinga USA is a leader in the worldwide Ag Industry for customized manufacturing of pneumatic conveying systems with additional locations in Iowa, Canada and Australia.
