The company is looking for a driven Territory Manager ready to take ownership of the region, building strong dealer relationships, delivering real value, and leading territory growth.\r\n\r\nWhat You’ll Do:\r\n\r\n- Manage and grow Ag equipment sales through dealer accounts across IA, IL, and MO\r\n\r\n- Conduct dealer visits, provide product training, and demonstrate equipment\r\n\r\n- Assist with pre-season orders, warranties, and logistics\r\n\r\n- Attend trade shows and industry events\r\n\r\n- Track inventory, follow up on receivables, and help dealers with pricing strategy\r\n\r\n- Build long-term dealer trust through consistent support and follow-through\r\n\r\nWhat You’ll Need:\r\n\r\n- Post-Secondary Education preferred but not required\r\n\r\n- Proven B2B sales experience (Ag background highly valued)\r\n\r\n- Strong knowledge of farm equipment or Ag parts\r\n\r\n- Great with people — personable, honest, and professional\r\n\r\n- Willing to travel regularly throughout the territory\r\n\r\n- Comfortable being paid based on performance and building long-term dealer relationships\r\n\r\nCompensation Details:\r\n\r\n- Two pay plans:\r\n\r\n- Commission-Only Plan: Commission up to 4%, paid monthly, based on net paid dealer billings\r\n\r\n- Salary + Commission Plan: Commission up to 3%, paid monthly, with annualized sales aggregation\r\n\r\n- No cap on commission earnings\r\n\r\n- Bonus SPIFF Plan in Year 1 to boost early earnings\r\n\r\n- Average income in this territory has historically been $55K–$60K, but strong performers can earn much more\r\n\r\n- Bonuses are paid at invoice; commissions are paid when the company receives the dealer payment\r\n\r\nInterview Process:\r\n\r\n- Phone interview with company president\r\n\r\n- Reference check + background & NDRS\r\n\r\n- Personality profile assessment\r\n\r\n- Informal Q&A with company founder\r\n\r\n- Final interview with the candidate and spouse to review the profile and expectations\r\n\r\nTerritory Highlights:\r\n\r\n- Southeastern Iowa: Strong Ag base, friendly communities, affordable living\r\n\r\n- Northeastern Missouri: Rural, ag-focused, quiet towns\r\n\r\n- Western Illinois: Small-town charm with easy access to urban centers\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nALL INQUIRIES ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.
