Role : Key Account Manager

What are we looking for?
The Key Account Manager contributes in reaching the growth objectives for the brand with Key Accounts & is responsible for building the joint business plan, defining & tracking the key business metrics to deliver overall business plan. The KAM is expected to drive relationships with both internal & external stakeholders to plan and execute the complete business operations supporting customer business.
Additionally, the incumbent would also be responsible for customer marketing for Emerging channel for Key Accouns (Omni Channel), this job demands lot of collaboration within & BAPO team..
What will be your key responsibilities?
Developing the Sales and Marketing plan for Key accounts
Responsible for delivering primary & secondary targeted annual goals
Responsible for handling all margin negotiations, TOT closure etc.
To ensure alignment & execution of the monthly, quarterly, and annual Joint Business Plans (JBP) drawn up with the platform with the objective to drive share gains for the brand
Building the delivering the forecast at a SKU level for all the service regions for the platform
Building the product assortment with customer with the objective of driving premiumization & long tail portfolio
Develop & execute the marketing activation calendar in alignment with the customer, tracking business performance of marketing activations / campaigns
Deliver the planned outcome and ACOS/ ROI attributed sales
Responsible for driving Perfect Digital Store (online) & Perfect store (offline) as per regional guidelines with the platform
Control and efficiently deploy budget for brand building with the platform
Work closely with all internal stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, and Supply chain) and ensure adherence to define
Performance marketing for Omni channel
