Your Impact
- Lead & Inspire: Develop and empower a high-performing HR team across Brazil and LATAM.
- Strategize for Growth: Design and execute forward-thinking HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Champion Culture: Foster a workplace rooted in safety, respect, and inclusion.
- Navigate Complexity: Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and provide HR oversight in Colombia and Peru.
- Drive Engagement: Lead employee relations, labor strategy, and union negotiations with integrity and transparency.
- Innovate Processes: Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
- Be the Brand: Represent Cobb at corporate and community events, strengthening our employer brand.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with legal, compliance, finance, and payroll teams to streamline labor-related processes.
- Advance Equity & Inclusion: Lead regional initiatives that promote diversity and belonging.
- Develop Talent: Drive succession planning, leadership readiness, and performance-aligned learning programs.
- Enhance Experience: Ensure a consistent and positive team member experience across all sites.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, ideally within Brazil or Latin America – preferably gained in multinational companies.
- Languages: Fluent in Portuguese, English—essential for regional collaboration. Spanish is a plus.
- Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of Brazilian labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven success in change management and organizational transformation.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, teamwork, leadership, business oriented, and interpersonal influence.
- Broad HR knowledge across compensation, employee relations, diversity, talent development, attraction and retention, and compliance.
Additional Details
- Team Leadership: Direct oversight of regional HR professionals.
- Travel: ~10+ domestic trips annually in Brazil; occasional international travel.
- Biosecurity: Willingness to follow strict biosecurity protocols when visiting hatcheries and farms.
