Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic
Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas region. This full-time, hybrid role blends remote work with regular travel to build and maintain strong client relationships across the animal feed, agricultural, and related industrial sectors. The Territory Sales Manager will develop and execute strategic sales plans, provide exceptional customer service, manage key accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in animal feed, agricultural, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Provide technical product knowledge and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent Consolidated Mill Supplies LLC at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience : 3+ years of sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in industrial sales, particularly in animal feed, agricultural, or related manufacturing sectors.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional ability to build rapport, negotiate, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer Service Excellence : Track record of delivering outstanding client experiences and solutions.
- Organizational & Strategic Skills : Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Independence & Collaboration : Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with industrial particle size reduction equipment or related products is a plus.
- Travel : Willingness to travel regularly within the Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas region.
