As a Millwright, you are responsible for providing maintenance support to maximize production and supply quality product to our customers.Responsibilities:Perform repairs and preventative maintenanceDesign, fabrication of parts to change equipment when necessaryUse steam trap analysis including repairs to steam related equipmentMaintain and update all schematics after work has been completed that pertain to the MillPractice and enforce plant safety and food safety standardsInvestigate all reports of mechanical and operational problems in the MillCommunicate with management any failures found in the MillQualifications:Knowledge of maintenance practices, preventative and predictive maintenanceStrong computer, math, electrical, welding, plumbing ad pipe fitting skillsPerform work orders, unscheduled maintenance, and task forms with appropriate documentation, boiler water treatment, and RO monitoringMonday to Friday work scheduleAbility to read, write, and communicate effectivelyMust be capable of lifting and stacking 50 lbsJourneyman Red Seal Millwright certificate is requiredWelding experience considered an assetRichardson International provides an excellent compensation package consisting of competitive salary, pension, a flexible benefits plan and training and career development opportunities.Interested candidates shouldclick the Apply icon to apply online by November 9, 2025.Richardson International values diversity in the workplace.
