Your
missions :
We are
recruiting an HR Generalist for our Ceva FILAVIE industrial campus to support
the local teams and, more generally, the site's growth.
Reporting
to the campus HRBP, the main responsibilities of this position are:
-> Managing personnel administration in close
collaboration with our centralised payroll team (time management, absence
management, medical appointment management, management of mutual
insurance/provident insurance/sick leave/illness/workplace
accidents/teleworking files with the team, supporting employees in the use of
HR tools, HR processes and HR planning, monitoring on-call and standby duties,
etc.)
-> Updating HR documentation (job
descriptions, organisational charts) and filing company agreements
-> Recruiting new employees and onboarding
-> Supporting employee skills development
(building skills development plans, operational deployment)
-> Support for site life and campus HR events
-> Support for the deployment of the employer
brand and the local visibility of the campus (job fairs, local student forums,
etc.)
-> Facilitation of groups (e.g. co-development
sessions...).

profile :
Essential
qualities for this position:

for teamwork.
You have a
bachelor's degree in general HR or personnel administration and already have 2
to 3 years of experience in ADP-Training-HR assignments. The
position is available as soon as possible in Sèvremoine (close to Cholet).
