About the Role
Location flexible across: Toowoomba, Townsville, Rockhampton
Step into a pivotal position where you'll be the driving force behind our Agribusiness Managers, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients with complex and sophisticated banking needs. As the primary support and second-in-command, you'll prepare credit submissions, analyse financial statements, and play a key role in structuring lending solutions for agribusiness clients with requirements exceeding $2 million. Your day will be filled with meaningful client interactions, from being the first point of contact for day-to-day banking needs to building lasting relationships through exceptional service. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure every detail-from documentation to settlements-is handled with precision and care.
This is your opportunity to immerse yourself in the agricultural sector, continuously expand your knowledge, and make a tangible impact on the success of our clients and the broader business banking team.
About You
You are a natural relationship builder with a genuine interest in agribusiness and financial markets. Your background in credit analysis and banking, particularly with agribusiness lending, has equipped you with the analytical skills and commercial acumen needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You communicate with clarity and confidence, whether you're presenting complex information or supporting clients over the phone. Your attention to detail is matched only by your drive to exceed expectations, and you pride yourself on delivering superior customer service. Adaptable and collaborative, you're comfortable working autonomously or as part of a team, always ready to solve problems and make informed decisions.
If you're ready to take the next step in your career and contribute to the growth of regional agribusiness, we'd love to hear from you.
