,Veterinary Skin & Ear in West Los Angeles is looking for someone to complement our talented team in a client service role. This is a full-time, Mon-Fri position, with weekends off.

We are seeking candidates that want to support our high-quality customer service standard, enjoy communicating with clients and interacting with their pets. Must be able to work well in a fast-paced, never boring environment and thrive in a supportive, like-minded team. We are a fun, team-oriented specialty veterinary dermatology practice located in the West L.A. area, looking to add to our team!

Highly skilled at creating an atmosphere that results in a enjoyable and memorable experience for clients.
Excels at multitasking and prioritizing daily operations appropriately with attention to detail.
Be an active listener & think proactively to clients' needs.
Ability to type effectively & efficiently and have a great knowledge of technology, specifically using apple based devices
Answering inbound calls and placing outbound calls.
Processing financial transactions and assist clients through payment inquiries.
Guiding clients through the process of scheduling appointments.
Working in fast-paced conditions, with a flexible availability.

Prior experience in a front office/reception setting is preferred but not required.
