This data is then used to help farmers and food producers optimize their crop yields, improve crop quality, and enhance overall ecosystem health. With BeeHero’s technology, farmers gain deep insights into the complex world of pollination and can make more informed decisions about how to manage their land and resources.

‍We are hiring a Key Account Manager to expand BeeHero Precision Pollination services to growers throughout the Central Valley South California. The Key Account Manager will develop new businesses and maintain existing ones.

Requirements:

Two or more years of experience in almond agriculture practices, with a strong understanding of industry trends and practices.
Minimum of two years of field sales experience, preferably in the agricultural sector.
Experience in roles such as PCA, fertilizer sales, or nursery tree sales is advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Valid state driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
Proficiency with new technology and the ability to quickly learn and utilize CRM and SalesForce software.
Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities.
Must be able to commute to clients in the Central Valley- South California.
Driving License.

Nice to have

Ag PCA license, agronomist, or similar certification demonstrating expertise in agricultural practices.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Agricultural Studies, Crop Science, or Agribusiness.
Prior experience owning, managing, or working on an almond or other specialty crop farm, providing firsthand knowledge of grower challenges and needs.

Salary Range for California Based Applicants:

$80,000–$110,000 base + commission & bonus (often 50%+ of base!)

High performers regularly take home well over six figures.

(actual compensation will be determined on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
