General Account Management (Job Seekers & Employers)

How do I update my account details (email, password, etc.)?

Log in and go to “My Account.” From there, you can edit your email, change your password, or update your personal information at any time.

How do I delete my ANHJobs account?

To permanently delete your account, go to your account settings and look for “Delete Account.” If you don’t see the option, contact our support team using the contact form or by emailing support@anhjobs.com.

Can I deactivate my account temporarily?

There’s no “pause” feature, but you can stop email alerts and job notifications by adjusting your preferences under “Notifications” in your account settings.

What happens to my data after I delete my account?

Once deleted, your profile and personal data are permanently removed from our system in accordance with our privacy policy. Data may be retained in backups for a short period before being completely purged.


Employer Accounts & Job Listings

I posted a job but need to remove it—how do I do that?

Log in to your employer account, navigate to “My Job Listings,” select the job you want to remove, and click “Deactivate” or “Delete.” This will remove it from public view immediately.

How can I edit a job listing I already posted?

Go to your dashboard under “My Job Listings,” select the role, and click “Edit.” You can update job title, description, location, salary, and more before saving changes.

Can I repost an expired job listing?

Yes! From your dashboard, find the expired listing and select “Repost” to push it live again. You may need to adjust the dates or update the details before publishing.

How do I claim an existing employer account?

If your company already has a presence on ANHJobs but you don’t have access, contact support@anhjobs.com. Include your name, company, role, and work email—we’ll verify your details before granting access.

Can I manage multiple job listings under one account?

Yes. Your employer dashboard allows you to manage all active, draft, and expired listings from one central place.

I can’t log into my employer account—what should I do?

Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset your password. If you still can't access your account, email support@anhjobs.com with your name and company for assistance.

How do I upgrade my listings or feature my company?

Currently, job postings are free. If you'd like to explore future options for featured listings or branded employer pages, contact us directly to discuss.

I posted a job but it’s not showing—what’s wrong?

Check that the listing is marked as “Published” in your dashboard. If it’s still in draft or pending moderation, publish it manually or contact support for help.
