CHECKOUT VETERINARY Clinic is a wellness only clinic and our sister clinic Check In Veterinary clinic offers full veterinary services. The clinics are about 3 miles apart in Sun Prairie, WI and are locally and privately owned.

Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic/ exam room
-Collect and update patient information and histories as needed in the computer system
- Assisting veterinarians and other CVT and VA with various tasks and surgeries

-Monitor and prepping patients for surgeries and procedures

-Giving vaccines, removing sutures or staples

- Education of Clients

-Entering charges on invoices and ensuing clients have proper discharge instructions
- Helping to Maintain cleanliness and organization in the clinic

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, handling of financial transactions as needed

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology and procedures
