Associate Veterinarian - FastTrack Veterinary Urgent Care

FastTrack Veterinary Urgent Care is a walk-in emergency and urgent care hospital with two full-time veterinarians and a rapidly growing caseload. We primarily manage outpatient cases and minor daytime hospitalizations, and we’re seeking passionate doctors ready to make an impact from day one.

At FastTrack, we focus exclusively on urgent and same-day care—so you’ll see a wide variety of cases without the stress of tomorrow's spays or long-term endocrine management. Our mission is simple: to provide accessible, compassionate, and efficient care to pets in need, while giving our team the support and balance they deserve.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $135,000–$190,000 (commensurate with experience)

What We Are Looking For

DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited program
Florida veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain)
Active DEA license
Comfortable with a mix of urgent cases; open to weekends and some evenings
Enthusiasm for shaping a new practice and working collaboratively
