Must have a valid driver's license, be physically fit, enthusiastic and work well with others.
Be mechanically inclined
Duties will include general maintenance of farm machinery, and operating farm equipment. Pen checking and cattle processing. General farm duties
Work schedule is on a six day week with two consecutive rotating days off.

Skills

Proven supervising experience in agricultural or farm settings with the ability to lead teams effectively
Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing farm machinery and equipment
Extensive animal husbandry skills including animal handling and care across various species
Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and other power tools safely and efficiently
Familiarity with farming practices including irrigation systems, horticulture techniques, greenhouse management, and growing experience
Basic math skills for measurements, inventory tracking, and record keeping
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Knowledge of welding techniques for equipment repair or modifications
Experience with equine care or other specialized animal handling is a plus

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
