For 25 years, Heaven Can Wait Animal Society has led high-impact spay and neuter efforts in Las Vegas, addressing the root causes of pet overpopulation and earning the trust and respect of our community. Through high-quality, low-cost surgical care, we help prevent unplanned litters, support community cats, and expand access to foundational veterinary care for families who need it most.

About the Role

This position focuses exclusively on high-quality spay & neuter surgery in a mission-driven, high-impact setting.

Schedule: 4 days per week
Caseload: A shared daily volume of approximately 60–100 animals across a multi-surgeon team
Team Support: 7 Licensed Veterinary Technicians, 3 Veterinary Assistants, and at least 2 surgeons scheduled daily
