We’re on the lookout for a Veterinary Receptionist who can turn every phone call, appointment, and tail wag into a great experience for our clients and their furry friends.

Your Daily Adventures:

Greet every pet and their humans like VIPs (Very Important Pets!)
Answer phones with a cheerful tone (even when a curious cat is meowing in the background)
Manage appointments, reminders, and check-ins like a pro
Handle paperwork and payments with pawsitive energy
Help our veterinary team with behind-the-scenes magic
