Daily Responsibilities:

Provide small animal care
Perform animal restraint when necessary
Offer client education on pet health and wellness
Assist with veterinary procedures
Maintain high standards on medical records

Required Skills:

Small Animal Care: Experience in providing medical care to small animals
Animal Restraint: Ability to safely handle and restrain animals during procedures
Client Education: Strong communication skills to educate pet owners on proper care
Veterinary Assisting: Assist staff with medical procedures and treatments
Kennel Duties: Assist in the medical aspects of kennel operations and animal care

Technical Skills:

Soft Tissue Surgery
Digital Radiography
Routine, Wellness, and Preventative Medicine

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $140,000.00
Maximum Salary: $165,000.00
