Full Time/Part Time: Veterinary Receptionist

Requirements:

Must be 18+
Must have a highschool diploma or GED equivalent.
Communication Skills
Proper phone etiquette

Experience:

Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

Answer multi-line phones, call clients
Schedule/Reschedule/Cancel appointments
Scan and attach medical records
Check emails
Prepare medication and properly label prescriptions
Check in/out clients
Take payments promptly/entering proper charges
Triage emergencies
Maintain cleanliness around the clinic (including but not limited to: mopping, vacuuming, cleaning kennels, cleaning exam rooms, and front desk)

Skills: We are looking for a receptionist who holds great customer service skills, able to work in a fast paced environment and able to answer a multi-line phone system in a timely manner. Must have some knowledge of computer use (including but not limited to: Word, Excel, AVImark).
