Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary practice. Your passion for animals and strong communication skills will be essential in creating a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners.

Duties

Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
Maintain knowledge of veterinary terminology to effectively communicate with clients regarding pet care needs.
Assist veterinarians with administrative tasks as needed.

Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following skills and experiences:

Previous experience in a veterinary setting is highly desirable.
Knowledge of animal anatomy, veterinary terminology, and critical care procedures.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing medical records.
