The Roles
We are hiring for multiple positions within our hospitals. These roles may involve a combination of client service and animal care duties. Depending on the position, you could be the first point of contact for pet owners, assist in caring for patients, or help keep our clinic organized and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities May Include (but are not limited to):

Greeting clients in person and on the phone with warmth and professionalism
Scheduling appointments, managing reminders, and maintaining accurate records in our veterinary software
Communicating clearly and empathetically with clients about services, policies, and patient care
Preparing exam rooms and assisting with smooth patient flow during the day
Animal care duties such as cleaning, basic husbandry, and gentle handling during examinations (training provided)
Collaborating with the veterinary team, while also taking initiative to work independently when needed

Strong communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Naturally assumes the best in others and contributes to a positive workplace culture
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize urgency of tasks
Ability to remain calm and professional during emotionally challenging situations
Comfortable around animals of all sizes and temperaments
Organized, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Customer service experience required; veterinary or medical experience is an asset but not essential

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly wage: $20.00 – $23.00, commensurate with experience
