Accounts Payable Coordinator I-B3 will be responsible for AP process management, controlling and analyzing key performance indicators of the P2P department, participation in period closing, including presentation of quarterly financial results to CFOs – possibility to be visible in front of the management team.
What are we looking for?
- University degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent job experience a must
- 1-3 years experience working in an business finance accounting environment
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Сontrol VAT and Withholding Tax, Authorisation and proper Accounting assignment in invoices
- Ensure accounting procedures are done in according to the Corporate guidelines and RK legislation and improve efficiency of AP processed
- Active participation in Mars Golden Processes implementation for AP and T&E
- Monitor and control Vendor balances in order to exclude unpaid deliveries, overpayment to suppliers and outstanding prepayments
- Prioritize invoices for payments according to contract terms to support Company Vendor policy
- Post expense reports to SAP, trace aged advances
- Fixed assets transactions
- Responsible for coordinating and testing A/P system enhancements
- Keep expertise in A/P area - manuals/procedures/internal controls
- Ensure compliance with Finance manual and legal requirements of all procedures in A/P area
- Participate in Balance Sheet forecast and short-term Cash forecast
- Run period close activities including analysis of prepayments and vendor`s balances with maintaining appropriate level of accruals and revaluation
- Tax registers completion on monthly basis
- Backup for Treasury & I/Co specialist
- Ad-hoc reports
