Your
missions :
We are looking for an Intern to join our Marketing and Administrative team, providing support in the department's daily activities, contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies, and assisting with administrative tasks. This is a dynamic role with great learning and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Support digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, intranet updates, content creation, and performance analysis.
• Assist in creating creative content for intranet, website, social media, and promotional materials.
• Help produce promotional materials and presentations.
• Collaborate with the team in organizing and executing corporate events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Support website content updates on WordPress and Ibexa, ensuring information is always up to date and optimizing the user experience.
• Assist in organizing and managing administrative documents.
• Help prepare management reports and monitor performance indicators.
• Support financial routines, such as invoice control and payments.
• Provide assistance and support to internal and external clients when necessary.
Your
profile :
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Basic or intermediate knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Knowledge of WordPress and Ibexa for website content updates and management.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for creating reports and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create texts and content.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.
• Advanced English is essential for interacting with international materials and communicating with global teams.
• Basic Spanish is a plus for supporting initiatives targeting Spanish-speaking audiences.
• Interest in learning and developing in both Marketing and Administration areas.
