Your
missions :
• Verify the closure of production process documentation
• Review and update procedures related to the production area and train employees to ensure their effective implementation
• Support investigations of production deviations, aiming to identify root causes and implement effective actions to prevent recurrence
• Participate in change control meetings involving the production department and support the execution of actions and adherence to deadlines
• Provide support on production lines, ensuring operations are carried out in accordance with procedures
• Guide operators on documentation filling errors
• Support management in updating the Lean Manufacturing performance indicator board
• Support Quality audits in Production and ensure completion of CAPA actions
• Monitor environmental controls in production areas (data evaluation, personnel training in cases of out-of-specification results)
• Create and monitor a statistical process control system for production
• Manage quality indicators related to deviations, change control (CM), CAPA, and Right First Time (RFT) in production
• Perform daily inspections of the area with a focus on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standard IN13
Your
profile :
• Bachelor's degree or Technical degree
• Technical knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
• Closing and recording of documentation
• Compliance with standards and procedures
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of technical English
