Production Trainer
- Spanish Translator for orientation and production during new hire orientation training period for Debone and Harvest plant
- Spanish Translator for safety material, benefits, and help with paperwork during orientation process
- Develop and promote positive working relationships with peers and leaders.
- Assist on production floor to translate during orientation period
- Assist HR with other tasks needed
- Assist with other duties as assigned by HRM
- Work closely with production onboarding supervisor and orientation trainer
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Professional communication and demeanor
- Excellence presentation skills and ability to foster an atmosphere of teamwork with others
- Able to work independently
- Must be willing to work in a plant/industrial environment
- Able to work a flexible shift if needed
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish
