Trouw Nutrition is looking for a Retail Sales Clerk - Part Time for our Westlock Alberta Mill Store.
About The Role: Optimize Inventory and Elevate Customer Experience
Responsibilities:
- Must be pleasant and professional and demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Assist with stock counts, greet walk-in customers, answer customer phone calls, receive and display merchandise and perform general housekeeping duties.
- Performing general housekeeping duties and retail duties.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and demonstrated attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently multi-task
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Part-time – Up to 16 hours per week, Friday and Saturday.
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
- Equine knowledge and agricultural industry experience are an asset
- Self-motivated – able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate a commitment to customer service
- Forklift experience is an asset/forklift training may be required
- Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly bend and twist; ability to stand for long periods of time, ability to lift a minimum of 25 kgs.
Expectation from the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service, assist with inquiries, make product recommendations, and drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members, maintain a clean and organized store, and support additional tasks as needed.
- The availability to support multi-skilled operators, supervisors/team leaders, or others.
- Regular Part Time (16hrs/week).
- On-site location: 9415 – 109 Street Westlock, Alberta T7P 2M6.
