Your
missions :
We are looking for a Technical and Marketing Range Manager within the
Ruminants BU (France marketing subsidiary). You will report to the Ruminant
Marketing Manager of the BU.
On a national scope of activity, you will be in charge of the following
missions:
-Animate its ranges to ensure their promotion and valorization:
>Development and implementation of the marketing plan with definition
and monitoring of KPIs
>Construction of technical messages in connection with the marketing
strategy and technical support of the Key Accounts and EIG division, while
answering internal and external customer questions
>Technical and marketing support through the creation of tools and
services
-Provide sales support by adapting to the customer profile: direct or
indirect prescriber, KOL, end user
>Participate in the development of the sales force's skills on its
range
>Support the sales force during field visits to deploy/validate the
appropriation of the tools and the good match between your offer and the
customer needs
>Organization of internal/external training meetings-Develop
internal/external networks to build and deploy its technical/marketing strategy
-Forecast the sales of its ranges & manage its marketing expenditure
budget
-Ensure scientific and regulatory monitoring that has an impact on the
business
Your
profile :
Veterinary
training (or Agri/Agro Engineer), and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in
marketing/technical in the animal health market. You have a good knowledge of
the health market and the players in the entire ruminant sector. Your
leadership, your sense of customer service, and your knowledge of the levers of
ruminant business development combined with solid technical knowledge, will
allow you to succeed in this mission.
Technical skills:
-Technical mastery of therapeutic areas
-Knowledge of the target market and its key players
-Field experience, with a very good knowledge of the issues of
veterinarian/breeders/livestock actors, their problems and their needs
-Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, in particular
pharmacovigilance-Speaking in front of an internal or external audience
-Fluent technical English
-Mastery of the IT tools of the Office pack (Excel, PPT...) and CRM
tools
