Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of omnichannel strategies across species, ensuring synergy and best practice sharing.
Manage a team of Campaign Managers and oversee the delivery of end-to-end customer experiences across digital platforms.
Plan and coordinate internal and external resources to meet growing digital and omnichannel marketing demands.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and digital KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with Brand & Customer Managers to co-develop customer journeys, content strategies, and channel mixes.
Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to evolve our marketing approach continuously.
Qualifications
At least 5-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or omnichannel campaign management, with a solid understanding of integrated marketing strategies and customer engagement. Overall more experience in business.
Proven project management experience, with the ability to develop and execute project roadmaps, set milestones, and deliver results on time and within budget.
Familiarity with the animal health market is a plus, offering insights into industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
Proficiency in data analysis and use of digital analytics tools to optimize marketing performance.
High command of English and Turkish (written and spoken).
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital marketing/content management tools.
