Business Unit Manager - Swine Team
Key Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership for sales and marketing teams to ensure proper implementation of the marketing plan as the best in relation to market trends for achievement of sales targets and expense control.
Lead, direct and control technical function so the policies, procedures and activities meet the company’s objective and comply with regulations and standards.
Establis sales forecast and inventory management.
Define an overallsales and marketing organization structure to achieve corporate sales and marketing objectives.
Recruit and coach staffs on professional knowledge and job-related skills
Set up KPIs to appraise staff’s performance
Lead, supervise and support team members to ensure that they will achieve their own targets and career growth.
Set up and manage customer’s profile, looking for potential customer/market to widen business activities
Establish an maintain a network of key contacts among distributors, veterinarian professionals, veterinarian academics, KOLs.
Analysis and disseminate market information and provide market intelligence to direct formation of sales and marketing strategies and reviews an opportunities for new products to be introcuced into the market.
Supervise development of marketing activities and materials and ensures these are provided in an appropriate and timely manner, co-ordinate and work closely with Supply Chain and RA function to ensure that products are available for commercialization as required.
Report product complaints which encompass Adverse Events (AEs), medication Errors, Product Quality Complaints (PQCs), and Counterfeit, Diversion, and Tampering (CDT) events related to use of a company product that become aware of to DPOC within one (1) business day or no later than three (3) calendar days (which is shorter) from the date of receipt.
Cooperate with other departments to fulfill assigned tasks
Generate business reports
Qualification and Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, MBA is an advantage.
At least 10 year in Animal Health Market especially in international company but not limit for portential candidate from other industries.
At least 5 year experiences in managerial level.
Good command of English and computer skill.
Strong leadership, vision, commitment, organization management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
