BUSINESS SERVICES vous rapporterez au Technical
Leader.
Principales missions :
- Identifier l’ensemble des tests à réaliser pour garantir que nos programmes / interfaces WMS (Warehouse Management System) sont conformes aux spécifications (par exemple après une évolution de nos systèmes).
- Identifier les outils / processus à mettre en place pour automatiser la phase de test
- Gérer l’ensemble de la documentation et des formations.
- Mettre en place un pilote pour tester ce nouveau processus.
- Déployer la solution.

- Capacité à recueillir les besoins métier.
- Capacité à concevoir des processus IT & métier.
- Sensibilité aux systèmes d’information (WMS, ERP).
- Bases en gestion de projet.
- Connaissances en Supply Chain.
Compétences comportementales :
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite (FR & EN).
- Esprit critique et capacité à analyser des situations complexes.
- Sens de l’organisation et rigueur.
