Your
missions :
Within the Pharmaceutical Development department, your mission will be
to fine-tune, develop, validate and transfer methods for the analysis of
pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products in development in compliance with
regulations and health and safety rules.
Apply GMP procedures in place in the laboratory
Perform analyses using techniques such as liquid chromatography, dissolution, Karl Fischer titration, etc., according to laboratory methods
Develop and optimize methods for the analysis of active ingredients (recombinant proteins, antibodies, peptides, small organic molecules), packaging, excipients or finished products
Perform analyses for stability studies in accelerated and long-term conditions
Participate in validations and analytical transfers
Write methods, protocols and reports of analytical studies in English
Write operating procedures in accordance with GMP/cGMP
Participate in the operation of the laboratory: verification of raw data, supply and management of consumables, reagents, standards, etc.
Ensure the maintenance and qualification of equipment
Participate in computer validations of computerized systems
Your
profile :
• Level of education / training
You have a BAC +2/3 in
Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physical Chemistry or Industrial Pharmacy with a
focus on analytical chemistry.
• Technical
Skills / Know-How
You have several years of professional experience
in an analytical development laboratory, ideally on chromatographic analyses of
proteins and antibodies.
A good command of written technical English is
desirable as well as standard computer tools such as Word and Excel.
• Behavioural skills / Interpersonal
skills
You are rigorous, organized and have a spirit of
synthesis. You are curious and have an appetite for problem solving. You
appreciate teamwork and your communication skills allow you to be comfortable
in your relationships with all your interlocutors.
You are also a source of proposals in the analysis of critical and/or
problematic situations.
