Your Role: Regional Labeling Senior Associate.
This role within the Global Regulatory Labeling Operations team is responsible for the control and coordination of regulatory label creation and change activities and for providing support to Affiliate Labeling Responsible Persons (ALRPs) for development of high quality, timely, cost-effective artwork.
Your Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Label Management: Coordinate regulatory label creation and changes, supporting artwork development for new and existing products.
- ALRP-Support and Training: Serve as the main point of contact for ALRPs, providing training, coaching, and support for label-related queries.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with LCM, PPMQ, Supply, and Art Studios to ensure smooth execution of artwork development and changes.
- Communication and Collaboration: Manage communication between stakeholders, fostering positive collaboration and keeping all parties informed of project status.
- Process Improvement and Project Management: Generate and review metrics, identify and address issues, and leverage project management skills to ensure successful artwork changes and product launches.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles or activities. Proficient in English.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong regulatory label management skills, experience supporting and training colleagues, excellent cross-functional coordination abilities, and exceptional communication and collaboration skills. They should also be adept at process improvement and project management, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
- Prior regulatory, PPM or Labeling experience.
- Multi-lingual (Spanish).
- Understanding and knowledge of GMP.

Elanco currently expects the base salary for this position to start at $8,000 BRL.Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending partly on company and individual performance).
