Your
missions :
Job Purpose:
To act as a key local marketing executor responsible for
implementing and adapting regional brand strategies and campaigns in the Czech
and Slovak markets. This role ensures the timely and high-quality rollout of
product launches, retail initiatives, and localized marketing content. The
position plays a hands-on role in campaign delivery, cross-functional
coordination, and performance reporting bridging regional direction with
market-specific execution needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign & Marketing Execution
- Execute
of annual marketing plans (OTC brands)
- Coordinate
campaigns from content creation, translations, and localizations point of
view
- Liaise
with agencies on production/localization of assets, briefing, and
follow-ups
- Language
review of marketing materials (CZ and SK)
Website & Digital Operations
- Oversee
the update and maintain Czech and Slovak websites: product pages, banners,
content accuracy
- Coordinate
localization and testing for new site launches with corporate team /
external service provider (new website / application)
- Respond
to customer inquiries submitted via websites and redirect to appropriate
teams (PV, technical, IT etc.)
Data & Analytics
- Collect
and consolidate market data if needed (CEESA, online prices, competitive
reviews)
- Analyse
campaign results via the key performance indicators that were defined
during the launch of the campaign
- Share
status and results of campaigns with local and regional team
Retail & eCommerce Support:
- Coordinate
content preparation for banners, newsletters, and campaigns for key
partners
- Assist
in tracking and updating activity calendars with partners
Administrative
& Operational Support:
- Help
track marketing material inventory and initiate reorders when needed
- Assist
with forecasting and logistics coordination
- Filll
in the cost tracking file with information (POs)
Your
profile :
Core Competencies & Skills
- Strong project management skills: able to lead multiple
parallel tasks across countries and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and coordination, both in English
and local language
- Structured, reliable, and proactive with attention to detail
and strong ownership of deliverables
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across
functions, and external partners
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
with shifting priorities
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–4 years of marketing experience (brand management)
- Czech language is a must, Slovak is advantage
- Experience working with agencies, marketing platforms,
cross-functions
- Experience working with eCommerce/Retail is an advantage
