Your
missions :
We are
currently recruiting a Nucleotide Platform Manager for our new Biogenovac
R&D entity based in Beaucouzé. The successful candidate will supervise
several technicians and scientists in various R&D areas.
Job
responsibilities:
Design and
optimise protocols for RNA and DNA production.
Supervise
production processes from laboratory to industrial scale, ensuring quality and
compliance with regulatory standards such as good manufacturing practices.
Collaborate
with research and development teams to improve process yields and efficiency.
Analyse and
interpret experimental data and write technical reports.
Determine
the human, financial and material resources required to carry out the
scientific research project.
Ensure the
maintenance and proper functioning of laboratory equipment.
Train and
supervise laboratory technicians.
Communicate
best practices and all applicable health and safety rules.
Your
profile :
We are
looking for a biologist with an engineering degree or PhD and expertise in
molecular biology to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have
proven experience in RNA and/or DNA production at the laboratory scale and, if
possible, at the pilot and/or industrial scale.
Qualifications:
Engineering
degree or PhD in molecular biology, biotechnology or a related field.
Practical
experience in RNA and/or DNA production.
In-depth
knowledge of molecular biology techniques (PCR, cloning, sequencing, etc.).
Knowledge
of genomics and next-generation sequencing (NGS) is a plus.
Project
management skills and ability to work in a team.
Excellent
written and oral communication skills.
Ability to
solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
Autonomy,
organisational skills, experimental rigour, tenacity, sense of responsibility,
dynamism, adaptability, interest in quality assurance and teamwork.
Spoken and
written English.
