missions :
JOB SUMMARY:
Within the Poultry Business Unit, perform, monitor and implement field service activities, provide support and guidance to hatchery or field personnel in order to ensure field services are performed and customer's needs are met.
Service Ceva’s equipment in customer locations with a focus on the hatchery.
When needed, can coordinate the installation and promotion of new equipments.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Repair and maintenance of equipment according to the guidelines provided by the manufacturers Ecat and Desvac.
- Organizing and implementing service visits to key business partners to ensure proper equipment operation and carry out any necessary repairs.
- Sending reports from service visits, including detailed actions taken at the serviced location, as well as determining next steps to maintain machines and replace or deliver spare parts.
- Readiness to address urgent customer needs related to the use of vaccination equipment. Quick response to inquiries and providing solutions via email, phone, or through a visit.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Emphasis on professionalism and diligence in performing duties.
- Utilizing the available system for reporting visits, delivered services, and spare parts.
- Maintaining control of machines used by clients in the field. Managing the equipment and spare parts warehouse. Monitoring orders for equipment and spare parts. Coordinating deliveries of ordered equipment and spare parts.
- Providing training to clients to ensure correct handling of machines and spare parts. Implementing safety standards, correct usage, fixing minor faults, maintenance, and disinfection of installed equipment.
- Reporting new business opportunities to supervisors, monitoring the market, understanding the industry, and self-educating in the assigned role.
- Close cooperation with the POULTRY team at Ceva Animal Health Polska Sp. z o.o., particularly with representatives of the hatchery service group and other team members.
- Participation in training sessions and meetings necessary for improving professional qualifications.
- Immediately informing the direct supervisor of any misconduct harming the Employer, its clients, or suppliers.
- Maintaining the image and reputation of the Company.
- Immediate (within one day) reporting of any received notifications of suspected adverse events to the local contact person responsible for monitoring the safety of veterinary medicinal products at Ceva Animal Health Polska Sp. z o.o. (or, in their absence, to the designated substitute).
- Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Education: Veterinarian University degree or Livestock science engineer
Language: English knowledge - min conversational level
