Job Description: Our client is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of their small animal hospital in Bermuda. This independent practice has a team of veterinarians, nurses, and reception staff, and requires a senior leader who can maintain clinical and business performance standards. Reporting directly to the Director, this role carries full operational responsibility and offers a chance to influence both team culture and service delivery in a unique island setting.
This is a hands-on position, managing both people and systems, ensuring smooth workflows, and supporting the delivery of high-quality medical care to clients and their pets.
