Qualifications Needed:

DVM or VMD degree from an accredited university (or equivalent)
Valid Pennsylvania veterinary license, or ability to obtain
Experience in leadership or a desire to step into a senior role
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to advancing veterinary medicine and client care
