Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Swine Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team in South-East Hungary. The KAM will be responsible for the strategic management and growth of key accounts within the swine sector, ensuring efficient allocation of organizational resources and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. This role is critical in driving sales growth and increasing market share through close daily contact with key accounts and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Planning Collaborate with sales management, marketing, and technical teams to develop strategic and tactical sales plans. Identify commercial opportunities by networking with various stakeholders. Develop and implement key account and strategic plans based on customer needs analysis. Maintain and update customer information using CRM and other data sources. Key Account Management Build and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer needs. Maintain daily contact with key accounts, key opinion leaders (KOLs), universities, breeding organizations, and associations. Organize round table meetings, workshops, presentations, and regional symposia in collaboration with internal teams. Identify key influencers and decision-makers through market analysis. Internal Collaboration Share key account information across business units using CRM and other tools. Work closely with marketing, sales, technical departments, and other KAMs. Utilize CRM, market research data, and personal experience to develop targeted action and call plans. Compliance Ensure all activities comply with company policies, code of conduct, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: University degree in Veterinary Science. Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in the Animal Health industry, preferably in swine business. High diplomacy, negotiation skills, and constructive assertiveness. Strong motivation and focus on achieving measurable results. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and IT technologies. Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian (verbal and written). Willingness to continuously learn and develop. Strong analytical and tactical thinking skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Willingness to travel within the region.
