We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to animal welfare and provide high-quality medical care to pets and livestock. You will work in a collaborative environment, utilizing your expertise in veterinary medicine to diagnose and treat a variety of conditions while promoting preventative care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough examinations of animals to assess their health and diagnose any medical conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including administering medications, vaccinations, and performing surgeries as necessary.
- Utilize laboratory techniques for diagnostic testing and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
- Educate pet owners on animal care, nutrition, and preventative health measures.
- Maintain accurate medical records for all patients, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine through continuous education and professional development.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school.
- Valid veterinary license in B.C.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in laboratory procedures preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Compassionate approach towards animals and their owners, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $95,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
