Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on, strategic, and highly organized Senior Manager of Integrations to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical leadership role in shaping and executing a robust due diligence and integration strategy to support our fast-paced acquisition growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in process management, client relations, and cross-functional collaboration in a multi-entity, private equity-backed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams, vendors, and partner practices
- Manage and enhance a scalable due diligence and post-acquisition integration process
- Serve as the primary liaison for third-party vendors across data management, insurance, and IT
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and onboarding
- Continuously evaluate and improve integration processes to drive efficiency and scale
- Support acquisition teams by articulating complex business and financial concepts clearly and effectively
- Provide hands-on project management to ensure timely and effective integrations
- Mentor and guide junior team members and cross-functional partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ year’s experience in client relationship and stakeholder management
- 2+ year’s experience in process management or operational leadership
- Background in M&A, integration, or financial services strongly preferred
- Prior experience implementing due diligence/integration strategy (experience in veterinary support organizations is a strong plus)
- Exposure to multi-entity, multi-state, high-growth, private equity environments is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence across all levels
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Ability and willingness to travel significantly as needed
Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The compensation range for this opportunity is $80,000 - $100,000. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location.
